The Week @ A Glance Calendars provide the exact days and times your child will be participating in field trips and special on-site activities (as well as the snacks and lunch expectations for each day).  This will also give you important info for any additional specific special activities.

Week @ A Glance Calendars for the ENTIRE SUMMER will be available in late May (prior to the start of Camp 2025).  Until then, here is a look at a few weeks from last summer:

Session 8 (July 22 - 26):  Week @ A Glance Calendar for all grades

Other Important Upcoming Dates:

​March 3 - 7:  Priority Registration for current families of Stars & Comets

​

March 10 - 14:  Priority Registration for current families of Palm Harbor UMC, Robin's Nest, and Westlake Christian

​

March 17 - 21:  No registration due to Spring Break week

​

March 24 - 31:  Priority Registration for returning camp families (camper must have attended Summer2023, Summer 2024, or both)

​

April 1 - 4 (Or Until Filled):  Open Registration (for new families or those who have not attended in a while)

​Friday, April 18:  Stars & Comets / Camp CUBBER offices CLOSED in observance of Good Friday holiday

 

​Monday, May 26:  Stars & Comets / Camp CUBBER offices CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day holiday

​Tuesday, May 27:  Final day to cancel weeks for Summer 2025 for reduced cancellation fee

 

​Thursday, May 29:  New Camp Family Orientation @ 6:30 PM

Monday, June 2: First day of Camp CUBBER 2025!

Friday, July 4: Camp will be CLOSED in observance of the Independence Day holiday

​

August 1:  Last day of Camp CUBBER 2025!

August 4 - 8: Camp CUBBER and Stars & Comets CLOSED to break down Camp 2024 and prepare for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

August 11: Stars & Comets begins for the 2025 - 2026 school year.  First day of school for the 2025 - 2026 school year (for all Pinellas County public and charter schools). Full day care for Westlake Christian School

August 12: First day of school for Westlake Christian School
